GEORGIA HB 548 NOTE

Georgia House Bill 548 (signed July 2024) prevents HOAs from imposing outright
bans on professionally installed artificial turf that meets reasonable
aesthetic and drainage standards. This installation meets all such standards
and is being installed by a licensed, insured, and bonded Georgia contractor.
