'Face foot' = wall height × wall length. A 4' tall × 30' long wall = 120 face feet × $80/face foot = $9,600 mid-range. We always quote fixed-fee per project.

Yes — Kennesaw permitting follows standard Cobb/Cherokee/Fulton county rules. Walls over 4' typically require permits, walls over 6' require PE-stamped drawings. We coordinate everything.
