Regulation 20'x44' courts. ASTM-tested sport-face yarn. Built for joint comfort, drainage, and HOA-compliant noise — your court, your weekly tournament.
A regulation pickleball court is 20' x 44' playing surface (30' x 60' total recommended for run-off). Turn-key residential install in Georgia: $22,000-$38,000, built in 4-6 days, 15-Year Platinum warranty. Sport-face turf is the most popular surface for residential and HOA installs because of joint comfort and noise compliance.

Two ASTM standards drive court longevity and play quality in Georgia's climate:
Residential single court (20'x44' playing surface, 30'x60' total area with run-off): $22,000-$38,000 turn-key. Includes base prep, sport-face turf, line striping, net post sleeves, and net system. Concrete-base courts run higher; turf-on-aggregate is most popular. HOA and multi-court installs have volume pricing — call for quotes above 2 courts.
Playing surface: 20 feet wide by 44 feet long, with the net 36 inches at posts and 34 inches at center. We recommend a total footprint of 30'x60' minimum to accommodate run-off and player safety. Tournament builds use 34'x64'.
Both work; they play differently. Sport-turf with infill: lower joint impact, quieter, drainage-friendly, better for residential and HOA noise compliance, ball bounces slightly slower. Acrylic-coated concrete: classic pickleball feel, faster ball, hotter surface in summer, louder. We install both — 70% of our Georgia residential courts are sport-turf because of joint comfort and the ability to use the surface for other sports.
Standard turf court on prepared base: 4-6 days. Adding lighting, fencing, or windscreens: +2-4 days. Concrete pad pour for traditional acrylic courts requires a 28-day cure before line painting. Most homeowners go from quote to first game within 3-4 weeks.
Same process as our HOA artificial turf approval — we provide a spec sheet, dimensions, drainage plan, and noise mitigation plan (sport-turf reduces ball-pop noise about 40% vs concrete). Cobb HOAs generally approve when noise and aesthetic standards are met. See our HOA Turf Approval Guide for the full process.
Pickleball + multi-sport conversion is one of our most-requested setups. With a slightly larger surface (24'x52') and dual line striping, you can play pickleball, mini-tennis, and shoot hoops. Standard sport-face yarn handles all three; we add white pickleball lines and yellow tennis lines so they're visually distinct.
Sport-face nylon or polyethylene blend, 38-46 oz/sq yd face weight, 1.0"-1.25" pile height, with infill engineered for ball-bounce consistency (typically silica or coated acrylic infill). All courts use ASTM F2898-tested fiber for UV durability and ASTM F1551-aligned base spec.
Yes. LED court lighting (200-400 lux for evening play), 10' chain-link or vinyl-coated fencing, windscreens, and ball-collection systems. Most homeowners add lighting; HOA and commercial almost always include fencing.
