Why a Multi-Sport Court Beats a Single-Sport Build

Quick Answer

Most families don't all want to play the same sport. A multi-sport court (typically 60x90) gives you a half-basketball court with one or two pickleball courts overlaid — net posts drop into ground sleeves, lines are color-keyed by sport, and your $50K spend serves 3–5 sports instead of one.

Across our Georgia builds, ~70% of new sport-court projects in 2025–26 are multi-sport. The most common combination: half-basketball + one full pickleball. Second most common: full pickleball + 4-square + chalk hopscotch for kid play.

Net-Post and Line Systems

For multi-sport play to actually work, the net posts have to come out fast. We sleeve regulation pickleball/tennis posts into ground-set anchors with brass caps — 30 seconds to drop a net or pull it. Lines are factory-printed into the modular tile in distinct colors per sport (white = basketball, yellow = pickleball, blue = futsal) so the eye picks up the right sport's boundaries instantly without confusion.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the most popular multi-sport layout in Georgia?

Half-basketball + one full pickleball court on a 60x90 slab. Roughly 60% of our 2025–26 multi-sport builds are this configuration.

Can I add lines for more sports later?

Yes — we use modular tile, so we can swap in additional pre-printed line tiles for futsal, 4-square, or mini-tennis without resurfacing.

How much for a 60x90 multi-sport court in Georgia?

$45,000–$70,000 for slab + tile + posts + basic fencing. Add lighting ($10K–$18K) and ball-stop netting ($4K–$8K) as needed.

Do the different sports cause line confusion?

Less than you'd think — color-keyed lines (one color per sport) read fast once you've played a few times. We help you choose colors that contrast clearly.

Can my existing concrete slab be converted?

Often yes — if it's structurally sound (no spalling, settled cracks, frost heave). Our resurface package adds crack repair + acrylic colorcoat + regulation lines.
